On the 26th July a Gala was held to raise money for to help vulnerable youths in Edinburgh, with a focus on the Leith area. It was done as a memorial to the still missing Aaron Tailor, the charity worker who has had a large impact on the lives of many in the community.
The event was Organised by Dave Chapman, a mentee of Aarons, who has take it upon himself to continue the good work of Mr Tailor.
The event was a success making £350,000 on the evening with further pledges being made afterwards.
Notable attendees included Oscar and Cathrine Mercy, the High society couple who have made it a passion to fund projects all over the UK and Hellen Diana Collson, a philanthropist, art critic and associates from the Violin Foundation
