Lockdown 2

Though attempts were made to avoid it, Scotland has once again entered a state of Lockdown as the Government desperately tries to lower the cases of Covid-19 in Scotland to acceptable levels.

The levels, measured by the mathematical “R” number has been the source of debate amongst the public with protests taking to the streets that doubt the veracity of the virus and the methods used to protect against it warring with adamant opinion that guidelines must be followed to the letter.
What is beyond debate is that the levels of the virus have now reached an unacceptable level and the Government issued an array of powers to the Police today that allows fine, imprisonment or both against those that would flaunt the Government regulations as of Saturday the 3rd of October 2020.
