Player Conduct

All players (including staff) accept that they will adhere to this agreed upon set of guideline.  Failure to do so may result in you being ask to leave the game.

  • Embraced is a game, the aim is to have fun. Be amicable towards each other.
  • At no time are any actions that are illegal accepted.
  • All players are responsible for their own actions, both in and out of time.
  • Drink responsibly.
  • If at any time the staff deem you to be a danger to yourself or others you will be asked to remove yourself from the game.
  • Players must report any inappropriate incidents during play to a member of staff.
  • Out of game issues between players will not affect your role playing in time.
  • Out of game issues are not the responsibility of the staff to deal with unless the issue was created during the game.
  • Be accepting of people’s boundaries. The game deals with adult issues and horror based themes. If a situation is outside your comfort zone you can time out. Please remember to respect other players wishes to continue without you.
  • These guidelines include dealing with game matters between games as well.
  • You are responsible for your own xp cards, keep them safe. You must not abuse the game rules, character sheets must be kept up to date.
  • Narrator/rules ref decisions are final.
  • Respect the staff – they are volunteers. They will respond when available.
  • Real life comes first, always.
  • The general concept agreed is that Out of Character problems are left at the door before games.
  • Any In Character issues that are causing any players to feel uncomfortable or upset should be brought up with a narrator or member of staff at the time.
  • If a player feels uncomfortable speaking in person they are encouraged to contact the n-team.
